Performance guarantees offered by AIvance — including delivery timelines and revenue targets — are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in executed service agreements. Guarantees are contingent on client completion of onboarding requirements, provision of necessary account access, and compliance with agreed tracking and reporting obligations. AIvance reserves the right to modify guarantee terms for new engagements at any time.

Clients engaging AIvance for services are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining necessary software accounts and access credentials, complying with applicable laws and regulations governing their practice, and responding to onboarding and reporting requirements in a timely manner. Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service delivery and guarantee eligibility.
AIvance operates HIPAA-compliant systems and executes BAAs with clients whose engagements involve patient data. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own HIPAA compliance obligations are met independently of their engagement with AIvance. AIvance's HIPAA compliance applies specifically to data processed through AIvance systems under an executed BAA.
AIvance Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to AIvance in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the executed service agreement. AIvance reserves the right to terminate website access or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
